Trade In Scheme - Terms and Conditions
This promotion is open to customers in the UK who are aged over 16.
The promotion opens at 7am GMT on 15th March 2024 and will close at 23.59pm GMT on 15th April 2024. Parcels sent after 23.59pm GMT on 15th April 2024 will not be eligible for a voucher.
Customers may send their reusable bottles or cups from any brand for free to Chilly’s to recycle. For every parcel sent, Chilly’s will award customers with a £5 Chilly’s voucher. No purchase necessary.
To receive free postage to send their reusable bottles or cups, customers must complete and submit the form and Chilly’s will send to customers a prepaid shipping label from Evri.
No more than 10 products may be sent per parcel. Singles-use bottles or cups are not eligible. For safety reasons, glass or ceramic bottles or cups should not be sent. Chilly’s accepts no responsibility for products that are lost during transit. Any bottles or cups sent to us will not be returned.
Customers may send as many parcels as they wish, but only one voucher is awarded per parcel sent. Only one voucher may be used per transaction.
Each £5 Chilly’s voucher received may be redeemed for purchases made at www.chillys.com on single transactions valued over £36, excluding the following products: Series 2 Flip Bottles 500ml & 1L (Abyss, Blush, Granite, Lichen, Whale), Liberty 500ml bottle & 340ml cup (Chile Jam, Tropical Trail, Survival).
Vouchers are only valid at www.chillys.com and may not be used for Chilly’s products sold elsewhere.
Vouchers may not be exchanged or refunded for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount or in relation to delivery charges. Vouchers must be redeemed within 14 days of receipt (the date of the email).
Where the voucher is used to purchase items which are later returned, any refunds will be given at the price paid. Where returns result in the total transaction value falling under the qualifying spend, we reserve the right to deduct the voucher value from any refund given. This does not affect your statutory rights. The discount will only apply to items which are part of the original voucher transaction and not for any replacement items subsequently purchased.
Vouchers will be sent to customers by email to the address provided in the shipping label request form once parcels from customers have been shipped and Chilly’s has received confirmation of shipment from Evri.

This promotion is governed by English law and applicants submit to the jurisdiction of English courts.
