We have a minimum order quantity of 30 units per size and colour.

Because we are creating a bespoke product for you, we do require full payment upfront before we produce your branded Chilly's products.

We typically laser engrave your logo onto our products - this removes a layer of the coloured powder coating and reveals the stainless steel beneath. For an example or to see how your logo will look engraved, please get in touch with a member of our team either via live chat or via wholesale@chillys.com.

UK / EU / CH - We have a two weeks lead time from proof of payment & design proof approval for orders of less than 1000 units.

USA - We have a three weeks lead time from proof of payment & design proof approval for orders of less than 1000 units.

Australia - We have a four weeks lead time from proof of payment & design proof approval for orders of less than 1000 units.

ROW - If your order is not to one of the countries listed above, please get in touch with a member of our team either via live chat or via wholesale@chillys.com for a more precise lead time.

Delivery is included in the cost for as long as you are billing and shipping within the same country. For orders where you are billing to one country, and shipping to a different country, shipping costs will need to be quoted for separately.
