Can I engrave my Chilly's cutlery?
Yes! You can engrave on all Chilly's cutlery sets. You can have a maximum of 8 characters (including spaces), either upper or lower case from the Latin alphabet. Common symbols such as # or ? can be engraved, but emoji's cannot. If you have any doubts about your engraving, please email support@chillys.com. Your engraving will sit on the opposite side to the Chilly's logo. Items are engraved by our master engraver in England and will be a maximum of 34.2mm wide and 4.7mm high. Please be aware that engraving will add one working day to your estimated delivery date and if you have your cutlery personalised, it is not valid for a refund for any reason except manufacturing defects.
What is included in the Chilly's cutlery set?
A full-size stainless steel fork, a sharp knife, a spoon and a telescopic straw with a cleaning brush neatly tucked in the back. Our cutlery fits nests effortlessly into it's sleek aluminium carry case, keeping your cutlery clean until ready to use, and neatly stored away after use
Is the Chilly's cutlery set dishwasher, microwave and freezer safe?
The stainless steel fork, knife, spoon and telescopic straw are all dishwasher safe. The cleaning brush and case are not. None of the items are microwave or freezer safe.
