We want to recycle your old reusable bottles and cups, from any brand.

With our Take Back scheme, you can send us any old or damaged reusable bottle or cup. We will recycle them so the useful material they are made form are used again.

This includes any reusable bottle or cup from any brand or company (excluding glass, ceramic and anything single-use).

We first trialled this scheme in June 2023 to understand how the scheme could work long-term. We've since ran a second trial in March 2024, and have now implemented our combined learnings. Join our Take Back scheme now, and get involved below.

HOW IT WORKS

.

Log the details of your old reusable bottle or cup you want to recycle below. You can send up to 10 products in one go. Remember, we accept our own and other brands’ bottles and cups. Please note, this service is currently only available for UK customers.

Package up your old or damaged bottle(s) or cup(s). Reuse old packaging to wrap them – you can use paper or card based packaging so we can recycle it. Get creative - you can use anything from a plastic bag to a shoe box! You will have received a confirmation email with instructions on how to “Print your label at home”, or use an Evri drop off store with a printer using your “QR code”. Locate your nearest drop off location below.

Upon delivery of your product to our trusted recycling partner, we will ensure your reusable product(s) are recycled giving the materials used a new life and avoiding them going to landfill. Thank you for choosing to recycle with us!

FAQs

Any reusable bottle or cup from any brand or company.

We accept reusable bottles and cups made from almost any material, including plastic (reusable not single-use) or metal. Please note, the only type of material we don’t take is glass or ceramic due to safety reasons.

Chilly’s wants to collect old or damaged reusable bottles and cups to recycle them to ensure the valuable materials they are made from are used again.

To take part, follow these steps:
1- On this page, log the product(s) you want to recycle. You can send up to 10 bottles or cups in one go*

2- Download the free shipping label or QR code

3- Wrap your bottle(s) and cup(s) in left over packaging – we’d prefer paper or card based packaging so we can recycle it but you can use anything from a plastic bag to a shoe box.

4- Print your label at home or go to an Evri drop off store with a printer with your QR code (this will print a shipping label once scanned in store). We’ve got a map on this page to help you locate your nearest store. If you’re using a QR code, make sure you select one with printing capabilities.

5- We’ll work with our recycling partner to recycle the items you send to us.

See our full terms and conditions for more information.

We’re working with a recycling partner in the UK to recycle the old reusable bottles and cups so that their valuable materials can be used again. We’ve selected this recycler due to its ability to process hard to recycle plastics into plastic boards used to create furniture. On an ongoing basis, we’ll be working with our partner to understand what recycling rate was achieved and how we can improve the process to ensure as much material as possible is recycled.

See our full terms and conditions for more information.

Thanks so much for taking part in the scheme! We’ll be working with our recycling partner to separate and recycle the bottles and cups into different key materials. We’re working on expanding this scheme to include more products. We’ll keep you updated on our progress.
