Ingredients
• 140g oats
• 100g pecans, chopped
• 1 large thumb of ginger, grated
• 200ml apple juice
• 2 apples, cored and grated
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• 3 tbsp chia seeds
• 300ml oat milk or any milk of your choice
• 4 tbsp coconut yoghurt/greek yoghurt
To Serve:
• A little chopped apple
• Maple syrup
• Extra pecans if you like
Fills 4 x 300ml
Chilly’s Food Pots
Method
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours if you can.
The next morning, give it all a good stir and pour into your Chilly’s Food Pots and top with anything you fancy.
Tip: This will last happily in the fridge
for a good few days, so make a batch and have an easy healthy breakfast ready to go.
