Made with energy-boosting goji berries and topped with plant-based yoghurt, this tasty (and healthy) recipe is easy to make in just a matter of minutes. Here’s the how-to:
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups/240g rolled oats
- 1 cup/100g walnuts, roughly chopped
- ½ cup/goji berries
- ½ cup/35g hemp seeds
- 1½ cups/100g coconut flakes
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbs cacao powder
- 2 tbs maca powder
- ¼ cup/60g maple syrup
- Plant-based yoghurt
- Berries
Serve with:

- Berries
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined baking tray and then into the oven.
- Bake the granola for 8 minutes, giving it all a good mix halfway through cooking.
- Let it cool, then serve with the yoghurt and berries in your Chilly’s Food Pot, for a delicious eat-anywhere breakfast.
